Elias Benaim is the managing partner at Kraft Berger LLP. He joined the firm in 1983 after two years at a national firm, and became a partner in 1989. As a business advisor, Elias has a strong understanding of the dynamic challenges encountered by entrepreneurs. He counsels his clients on a variety of strategies and issues involving cost-benefit analysis, cash management, and business start-up and expansion. Elias is the lead partner on audits and reviews for clients in various industries, including home building, manufacturing, restaurants, professional services and not-for-profit organizations. Elias graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from York University in 1979 and went on to receive a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor in 1981. He earned his CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 1982. Elias has lectured at various professional development courses, and he is also the former treasurer of Petah Tikva Anshe Castilla Congregation. Outside the office, Elias is an avid golfer and is active in community service.
